NCAA Division I
Full-time commitment, highest resources, smallest number of roster spots. Recruiting often starts early and moves fast.
College Pathway
Most athletes and families are making the biggest decision of their basketball lives with incomplete information. The College Pathway Program replaces guesswork with education.

SOAR is an education, guidance, and pathway-planning organization. We do not guarantee scholarships, roster spots, or college offers — and we'll never tell you we can.
The Levels
Each level offers a different experience, a different commitment, and a different financial reality. Fit matters more than label.
Full-time commitment, highest resources, smallest number of roster spots. Recruiting often starts early and moves fast.
Strong basketball with partial scholarship structures and a more balanced schedule. Often overlooked by families.
No athletic scholarships, but real basketball and strong academic and financial aid packages.
Competitive programs with scholarship opportunities and different eligibility rules than the NCAA.
A development and second-chance path. Playing time, growth, and a route into four-year programs.
The Program
Understand where the athlete currently stands — honestly, across skill, athleticism, IQ, and competitiveness.
Determine what the athlete actually wants from basketball, and what they're willing to invest to get it.
Discuss potential college basketball pathways and what each of them realistically asks for.
Identify the basketball and academic areas that need attention, with a timeline attached.
Teach the athlete and the family how the recruiting process actually works, level by level.
Basketball résumé, highlight film feedback, player information, and a communication strategy.
Help families understand how to evaluate offers, programs, fit, and the questions behind them.
What Comes After College?
SOAR helps players understand what that path can look like and how to prepare for it. Education and perspective — not a promise of a contract.
Start with an evaluation and an honest conversation about where your athlete stands today.
